So after a few mistakes I have lpr doing its thing but I am curious about getting more out of my printer. I have the classic epson stylus color and installed apsfilter with default resolution of 360x360. It mentions in the SDB to install the latest GS and use the uniprint drivers. How exactly does one proceed with this and has anyone done this with suse 5.3? I am pretty satisfied with printing overall and I have some shaky memories of compiling ghostscript before. Any opinions from ESC users out there? What have you done with regard to printing with epson stylus color printers? -- Michael E.
