hello guys,
I installed my G200 with the following steps :-
1) Download the xmatrox.tgz from SuSE
2) Gunzip & tar it after placing it in your /
3) Run XF86Config
4) Choose the generic SVGA driver
5) Configure everything and save the settings.
6) Copy the XF86_SVGA in /usr/X11R6/bin to somewhere else (root?)
7) Rename the XFCom_Matrox to XF86_SVGA
It should work! Tell me if it doesn't work for you.
Enjoy
