Hi Mike-
I got a media key on a piece of paper with suse. The media key at first
reported itself as expired and staroffice would not run. I installed a
second time and it connected to a website and gave me a fulltime
registration number stamped into the program.
You may have to install a few times. I did. Check over all the paper
which shipped with suse.
