I now you need more than 1 Linux machine ! :)
It's just that there are entries within Yast | packages and I know that
Redhat released an Extreme Linux based on their 5.0/1 Distro....
Maybe the real question should be how do I set this up ? (Without
reading countless Howto's)

To make full use of these packages, you should have more than one linux
machine :) They should be connected by a network, of course.
