I have an E-Tech PCI 56k internal modem which I'm trying to configure.
I used minicom
to create a configuration file. I set the serial device to /dev/ttyS2
since my modem is
on the third serial port. The speed is set to 115200bps (Baud/Par/Bits:
115200 8N1). I saved the setup as default and tried to test my modem. I
didn't get an OK prompt in the
terminal. Oh yes, I also set the modem to the correct port with YaST during
the installation. What am I doing wrong?
