You can't use Netscape with the keyboard alone. That 'trick' is
documented, see the HELP-button of your Netscape browser.
Here's another one:
shortcut for cut&paste of URLs into the location bar -
simply paste into the browser window, anywhere, and the URL (if there's
a valid URL in th clipboard) will be loaded
