Hallo,

I have 2 NIC's installed on 1 PC. One NIC (eth0) is connected to an ISP using a cable
modem.
The ISP gives me a dynamic IP. The other NIC (eth1:192.168.0.1) is connected to a
second PC(192.168.0.2) using static IP.

1. DHCP Client activated by Yast:
        eth0 works properly.
        eth1 doesn't appear at the startup-listing and ifconfig eth1 gives 0.0.0.0 So
ping 192.168.0.2 doesn't work.
2. DHCP Client not activated:
The 2 NIC's appears at startup.
        eth1 works. I can ping 192.168.0.2
eth0 doesn't work. Of course I need a dynamic IP

How can obtain the following configuration ?
eth0 dynamic IP and eth1 static IP

Thanks for helping this newbie
