I am attempting to install a program that tells me it wants
libstdc++.so.2.8. As I understand it, this comes from/with the g++
2.8. If I am correct SuSE leap-frogged that one. Is it possible to
install the 2.8 shared objects without stepping on egcs? I poked around
on SuSE's site and didn't see the 2.8 rpm anywhere. (I may have
overlooked it.) Any advice would be appreciated.
TIA,
Steve
