You must specify the full path to the executable. In LiNUX the current
directory is not generally added to PATH environment variable due
security issues.

Well, then if you are at the directory where oss-install executable
resides then simply type:

./oss-install

If you're in another place, type the full path:

/tmp/oss-x.x.x/oss-install

(^Ficticius path obviusly ;-))
