I can't seem to get susehelp to do a keyword search under SuSE 5.3.
When I bring up the main help page and click on "Support DataBase -
local with search", I get the message:

You don't have permission to access /support-db/sdb_e/index.html on
this server.

I've installed and reinstalled the requisite packages: sdb, sdb_cgi, and
apache. Actually, there is no sdb package: instead, there are sdb_en
and sdb_de packages. Installing them both didn't help. I did check
that apache was running.

I also tried clicking on "Support DataBase - local", then "keyword
search". When I specified any search term, I got the message:

Netscape is unable to find the file or directory named
/cgi-bin/sdb-suche-e. Check the name and try again.

Is this facility simply broken, or is there a way to get past these
messages?
