As I am compiling some libs and need to add the LIBDIR
( - have your system administrator add LIBDIR to `/etc/ld.so.conf'),
in /etc/ld.so.conf file, I keep seeing this error
after setting the command:
line 1ldconfig: warning: can't open LIBDIR (No such file or directory), skipping
ld.so.conf looks like this
/usr/X11R6/lib
/usr/i486-linux/lib
/usr/i486-linux-libc6/lib=libc6
/usr/i486-linuxaout/lib
/usr/local/lib
/usr/openwin/lib
LIBDIR
This worked fine under 5.2. Anyone know what's the problem in 5.3?
