I had trouble with my:
<4> Vendor: HP Model: T4000s Rev: 1.10
<4> Type: Sequential-Access ANSI SCSI revision: 02

This due to running a AHA2940UW.
I had to make monolithic kernel under 2.2.5 to get it to work with Bru 15.0.
