I was so anxious to instaal GNOME 1.0 on my 5.3 system that althought it
was stated the rpm's where for SuSE 6.0 I went ahead and installed them
anyway. Ofcourse I had to install a lot of 6.0 rpm's first. After three days
my system was a mess, and I had to reinstall 5.3 from scratch.
My question is: Is there any way to install these Gnome 1.0 on my 5.3 system?
Doe sanyone know when there will be a 5.3 version ? Or maybe I missed
something and there is already a 5.3 version.
