Two things:

1. You do want PnP turned off for this card. (Actually, it's old enough that
I'm surprised it supports PnP.)

2. If you are running thinnet, then you need the card set either to
autoselect the active port or to use the thinnet port. The diagnostics
coming out of Becker's program, excerpt below, says the card is set yo use
the UTP (10BaseT; RJ45) port.
