Both, I try root and I created a regular user, neither work. I used YaST2 to enable root to login remotely.
The thing is that even the regular user can't telnet in. If root was not allowed to login I'd expect a different error than "Login Incorrect" I know the passwds are ok b/c I can login on the console fine.
