CTRL-ALT-F3 or F? to another terminal. Run fdisk manually ("fdisk
/dev/sda").  Wipe out all partitions except the "whole disk" partition.
Commit and reboot. Then rerun setup.

Same thing happened on my SS20. Apparently, something still has one of the
partitions 'locked' and you cant rewrite the partition table without
rebooting after you've cleared it?
