Hi Sven, Congrats with installing S9 on your SS10! Yes, with the sun-software your capable of using the bri-interface on those machines. But two points (to spoil your good mood ;-)) 1) you can not run ip-tables 2) I was told that for running S9, you need (at least) an ultra 5, (unless you are either a civel servent or a massochist) Theoretically it is said that you can run S9 on 32-bits machines, but you can do nothing else anymore. (Note that above statement is from a person working at Sun, who said that a lot of colleges had SS10 and Ss20 at home running Debian, not solaris....)
So i wonder what the sytem load in idle mode is....
