Will work just fine.

I have a Sparcstation V (same system but with more expandability) that is
operating perfectly with 32MB of internal memory.  My chips speed is 110Mhz.
That is sufficient for lower scale window managers like WindowMaker (what I
use) or FVM or Blackbox & such.

The limitation is your graphics card (a CG6 ?) which only has 256 colors.
No big deal, but may not look as fancy as those with 16 bit color. Pallete
swaps always make colors shift.
