Ok, I think you can find the swapfile by matching swap_file->f_dentry->d_inode->i_ino It's possible to overload the 'offset' passed to SNAPSHOT_SET_SWAP_AREA: for swap partitions is the offset of the first swap extent, for swap files it's the inode numer.
