Somehow I think you do not want to know the answer...
I don't really know. Figure something out. Here are some random ideas:
Get hardware debugger, and single-step through wakeup.
Start reading ACPI spec, find what we did wrong.
Get toshiba to fix their BIOS.
Buy a thinkpad.
