This paper presents a cogent and compelling argument why it is not only futile, but actually counterproductive, to push for a fracking moratorium when our ultimate goal is to ban completely fracking and related industrial activities in New York State.
We hope you will read and consider this with your organization and decide to put your efforts fully toward a ban/criminalization. Look for a follow-up letter in the next couple weeks.
