>From Karen Edelstein:

As many of you know, there was an information meeting this past Wednesday at
the Lansing Rod and Gun Club to discuss the proposed Order of Consent
dealing with lead contamination at the Club's shooting range on Salmon
Creek Road. Region 2 Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) staffer,
Edward Guster, presented at the event. The meeting was attended primarily
by Club members, and about a half dozen other residents concerned with
environmental impacts. An article
the Ithaca Journal Friday covered the meeting, held September 14th. Click
the hot-link to read.

EPA is holding an additional meeting early next week that, despite the
short notice, will hopefully accommodate schedules of those who wanted to
attend the first meeting, but were not able to. EPA's Edward Guster will
also facilitate this meeting. There will ample opportunity for questions
and answers.

Date: *Tuesday, September 20, 2016*
Time: *7-9 PM*
Location:* Lansing Fire Department, 1235 Ridge Road, Lansing NY* (just
