Cooperation Station
*Women in the Building Trades **Come Together to Explore the Many Avenues
for Cooperation*

*Saturday, September 24,*

*10:00 am – 3:00 pm (Come for the whole event or when you can)*

*The Space at GreenStar, 200 W. Buffalo St., Ithaca NY*

*Hammerstone Building School *and *Cooperative Development Institute *are
co-sponsoring this workshop for women who are active in building,
remodeling, energy efficiency, architecture, engineering, painting,
electrical, plumbing and HVAC, and solar installation to come together to
explore the many ways in which they can work in mutual support and
collaboration. This is a chance for women who work in any aspect of
building, at any scale, to come together to network and explore ways in
which they can hire, support and mentor one another—and be hired, supported
and mentored by one another. Whether you work as an independent contractor,
an employee, or a design professional, this event will help you to get the
results you want from yourself and others on project teams.

*Cooperation Station* is a chance to work in a supportive environment, with
other women on parallel paths, to grow a web that fosters skill development.
