Everyone invited to Robert Treman Park tomorrow for a 2 pm magic show! If you've never seen the Wizards, they are wonderful - and Mike is a joy. This troupe of down-syndrome adults performs at the Ithaca Festival, Special Olympics and even further afield. And this summer Mike has been teaching magic at the Hangar Theatre.
L.E.A.F. is a day camp for special needs adults that makes its summer home in Treman's South Pavilion. Sponsored by Unity House's self-advocacy group We ACT, this year we're working in partnership with the Ithaca Youth Bureau's recreation program for persons with disabilities. Everyone welcome!
