Reassuring and thought-provoking article, Tony.  Thank you!

The article talks about the many successful local internet service
providers across the country which serve as alternatives to monopolies like
Verizon.  The article argues convincingly that such smaller providers can
protect us from net neutrality rollbacks.  Do such local networks already
exist in upstate NY?  Have there been any attempts or plans to build such?
