Volunteer Opportunities ------------------ SATURDAY, APRIL 14, Contest Entry Drop-off, Dewitt Mall atrium 10 - 11am: Help with load-in and set-up. 11am - 2pm: Help with entry intake, sorting categories, photography. 2 - 3 pm: Help with load out or help set up for judging. ---------------- SUNDAY, APRIL 15, Contest Judging, Dewitt Mall atrium 11am - 1pm: Judging, first shift. Judges, runners, scribes, and models needed. noon - 3 pm: Judging, second shift. Judges (finished at 2:30), runners, scribes, and models needed. Second-shift judges get to vote on the grand prize winner. 3 - 6 pm: Help with entry pick-up. 6 - 7 pm: Help with load-out. Please send me your contact info and what shift(s) you can work. Even an hour is helpful. This is a fabulous, exciting event; you'll meet creative, interesting people and have a lot of fun. All ages, genders welcome! IF YOU WANT TO BE A JUDGE: Please include a short explanation of your interest and/or qualifications. Experience with sewing, fashion design, apparel design education, fashion sales, clothing fabrication, and knowledge of eco-fibers is helpful -- but being a devotee of Threads, Vogue, Project Runway, or just loving clothes and fashion design is sufficient.
