"Earthdance Network: Earthdance is a global community working for peace and
sustainable culture through music, dance, art, subtle activism and social
action."
This is an extraordinary example of how one person can make a real difference
by taking a dream and making it happen. It started small in 1997 - and is now a
global program focused on fostering world peace through an annual
time-synchronized prayer/meditation followed by dancing for the joy of it.
Their bumper sticker reads "Give peace a dance" ...
Level Green will be hosting a small, informal family-friendly Earthdance
gathering on September 26th, the global day of celebration. Supper-to-share,
participation in the prayer/meditation, and dancing in the back garden -
weather permitting.
I'd love to hear from anyone interested in working with us for this event.
