Hi Folks:
In addition to Maura's comments I just got off the phone and the Town Clerk
stated that the Planning Board is to make the decisions on this project,
that it will not be coming back to the Town Board for a vote. She said if
the Planning Board is in agreement it will forward its approval for the
permit to be issued by (I assume) DEC. The Planning Board will meet on the
8th of February at 7 pm. It seems like the planning board meeting is the one
to which large numbers should turn out.

Here's what I discovered after calling Pulteney Town Office
(607-868-4222).
The meeting is the town board meeting. Tonight they will just be giving
out information about the proposal just sent to the Planning Board. Later
an announcement will be made about when the Planning Board will have an
open meeting in which this is discussed.
Pulteney is at the top of Keuka Lake. Here it is on the map.
