Better hosters allow cron jobs. My current one not, but my new one, but
I didn't try.

https://uberspace.de/en/ also allows cron jobs and scripts. (But it
costs €5/month.

https://plan.io/ also has everything, but it's just too expensive. On
the other site, their free Bronze plan could fit: 1 project, 2 users, 10
customers, and 1 GB storage. But Silver is already at €19/month. :-(

Another option would be a vServer, but who wants to maintain that to
keep it secure?
