Thanks, it works. I used only fill-opacity as the stroke doesn't get much in the way... Actually, I forgot about these two variants, thanks for reminding me. I will try and use more fill-opacity (and stroke-opacity when needed) than the plain opacity property. But I still see the problem I reported as a bug.
