Ok,Ive tried them all and they dont work, closest one was the adobe svg detection in 2000 or something but that only checks once and if you dont install it dont check again. Tried the one on javascript and all the other ones people recommend, must be cos of IE6 SP2 or something.
I just need to detect whether SVG is on browser, redirect to install page or to application.
