I have a polyline and i have made a string of the format x,y x,y x,y ..... this is quite a long string having a larger number of coordinates. Now when i call setAttribute on the points attribute of polyline and give this string, the processor takes up to 10 seconds and after 10 seconds the polyline can be seen on the screen. (looks like svg plug-in takes 10 seconds to render such a large polyline) Is there anyway to make this any faster.
I am using a p4 with 512 Mb of ram and IE 6.0 with ASV 3.01.
