Thanks for your kind tips on this theme. I tried ... and it works. 
I'am really happy with this.

So I can take our actual homepage and replace with a html-page 
containing a call to a svg-file or - as a switch for visitors without 
ASV - the old html-page. So a search engine will find the html-
metatags (I can take all the texts contained in the svg-file and put 
them there). The visitor can found the hidden metatags with the 
context-menu (right-mouse-click) like you propose.

We are just going to program a svg-export for professional vector-
grafiks and it will be fine to show some examples in a very good 
quality on our homepage in the internet.
