If I weren't going on vacation, with many things to get done before then, I'd offer to create it for you. Basically, you can create maps from any GIS data. Whether it's free depends on a lot of things, but if you tell me what you're looking for, and point me to a free data source (in shp or mapinfo format) I could try to get it done, (but no promises. )
Our community should try to create a really rich area of maps in openclipart.org http://www.openclipart.org/cgi-bin/navigate/geography There's not really a lot there, right now. Let's all add to that site! Having a rich map area (in addition to other content) there could do a lot to promote SVG, I think.
