Actually that's kind of funny. Last summer I used my work on the SPARK project as a fourth year design project at the University of Victoria. That is my project website. The new SPARK site is updated. I used the output of that project as the foundation for my SVG Open conference paper. Therefore the content found at http://spark.sourceforge.net is definitely more up to date (I have not updated that site in over 9 months as well as the fact that I will lose that account when I graduate at the end of the month).
