Hi Scott,
thanks for your feedback. > Very nice mapping application. Coincidentally, we are on our way from > Seattle to Yosemite and I've found the information already useful! good to hear > on the map. I was hoping to be able to locate our camp site using the yes, that's definitely missing - it's on the todo list for next version ;-) > shaded relief layer overrided the orthophotos - perhaps a radio > button would be better than check boxes. I noticed a bad DOCTYPE yes, you are right. On the other hand we want to later add a transparency slider. If we add that functionality one might want to show both raster layers at once ? > message (with Adobe SVG Viewer 6 - haven't tried it with 3) but I > didn't investigate it further as the application worked well. I would that doctype is a slight "bug" in ASV6 - we use SVG 1.1, which is supported by ASV3 and ASV6 and Batik, however - the two ASV players would write out an error message. It does not effect the funcionality of the application, though. > also suggest neat lines around the legend "pop-up" and other > information features (in the lower right) to help distinguish them yes, the user interface could be better grouped, separated and aligned. That's right. Next version will feature that. I think the biggest missing feature is a print functionality. We are planning a serverside SVG to PDF function to generate PDFs on demand. But thats a bit of work ... Andreas ----- To unsubscribe send a message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -or- visit http://groups.yahoo.com/group/svg-developers and click "edit my membership" ---- Yahoo!
