Sorry I was not very clear. What I think is that Flash Lite Player could be based on the SVG Tiny 1.2 format and Flash Player could be based on the SVG 1.2 format or even CDF. However, I think it's rather an excellent opinion of what Adobe could / should do with the Flash ecosystem and standards-based formats.
