Surely not AutoCAD? Have I died and gone to heaven? If you experienced AutoCAD in it's early years you would have a few chuckles. Now, of course, they believe they are the endall of vector stuff. Well, let's face it, AutoCAD's time is ending...They may try and shoe-horn their package into SVG/XML, but it will be diluted and confusing.
