I've had some gracious replies from this list offering technical 
support.

Yes, of course, technical input is definitely needed. But what is 
most important is that the beta user will be developing their own 
special project with income producing capabilities.


 Therefore, I'm  adding the following:

What is important to both yourself and the beta program is that you 
have a personal interest for a neat application of its use.
Do you have a hobby or interest(a sporting event, birdwatching, 
butterfly migration, the space shuttle, etc. etc.) that has 
information  
which is changing over space and time?  Also, would others like to 
see that information in a graphic format, real-time, online?
 If you do, and you use that as your beta project, then the 
experience will give you joy, and not be just a technical exercise. 
Also, you will obtain income from that effort when clients view your 
imagery.

Search into your bliss, find that special project, and submit it in 
your application!
