Does anyone know what the support is like for the pantone color scheme in SVG with the different viewers?

Potential color spaces are CMYK and PANTONE. [SVG 1.2] [SVG 2.0]" Has anyone created a color profile for pantone or can give me the proper color profile? http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/color.html#ColorProfileDescriptionsOverview Is it possible to support this natively or must I do a Pantone to RGB conversion?
