Hi TBone (steak?) I guess, that the reason is the SPack2, which have a very high security requirements. If my diagnostics is correct, then : open the IE, click Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, choose security, and check : "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer", click Apply, click OK.
