Hi, if HP-UX supports java, you might want to try Batik (http://xml.apache.org/batik/)
KSVG might compile on HP-UX as well, MozillaSVG might compile on HP-UX as well. Note, however, that KSVG2 is under heavy re-structuring currently. Batik might be the most mature one, currently.
