Hi all,

Has anyone on this group given any thought to overlaying an svg image on top
of an iframe? Is there any browser implementation that enables this?

I am wondering if it is possible to overlay svg widgets on top of the contents
of an iframe containing a maps.google.com map or similar fun things.

I was thinking that maybe through some css trickery it may be possible to
stick an svg in something like a div and then use ecmascript in the html to
locate the image like an overlay onto the iframe.

Or is there an alternative that anyone has had any success with?

The key point here is leveraging other peoples' APIs within apps with SVG
content rather than re-writing APIs from scratch.
