Hi, Francis-

I'm assuming you're not serious, but in case you are, you might consider
that your lawyers will happily take your money even if they know that your
lawsuit is groundless and fruitless.

You should also show your lawyers the EULA that comes with ASV:

   * "Adobe makes no warranty as to its use or performance."

   * "Adobe has not promised or guaranteed to you that Pre-release Software
will be announced or made available to anyone in the future, that Adobe has
no express or implied obligation to you to announce or introduce the
Pre-release Software and that Adobe may not introduce a product similar to
or compatible with the Pre-release Software. Accordingly, you acknowledge
that any research or development that you perform regarding the Pre-release
Software or any product associated with the Pre-release Software is done
entirely at your own risk."

   * "IN NO EVENT WILL ADOBE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY
DAMAGES, CLAIMS OR COSTS WHATSOEVER OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF AN ADOBE
REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS, DAMAGES,
CLAIMS OR COSTS OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY."

In addition, I cannot see how a lawsuit against any of those parties,
frivolous or not, could do anything but harm SVG.

In any case, you're starting to tread on libelous grounds, and as list
admin, I'll have to ask you to take this off-topic talk to another forum.
This is SVG-Developers, not SVG-Lawyers.

Regards-
Doug

| I'm evaluating three legal firms that can handle the pressure of

|
| I've presented a figure of between 1.6 and 30 million hours of
| direct time invested by SVG developers. Also, about 150 business

| Keep a record of your time:),
