Fixed some bugs found in v1.0: 1:Fixed the bug that may cause SVGDeveloper don't work because the decimal separator in some countries (e.g. Germany , Iceland , and so on. 2:Fixed the problem that the "Copy" and "Paste" commands work incorrectly on "vertical text tool " 3:Fixed the problem that the "Break" command works incorrectly on text element 4:Fixed the problem that SVGDeveloper works incorrectly when attach an animate element to an event. 5:Don't create "id" attribute and the namespace for a new element so that the size of file can be smaller
