Hi! The first version of klecks has just been released. Klecks is a native (!) php SVG-Framework.
Currently its main purpose is to convert SVGs to other formats: JPG, PNG, PDF and PS. To use it you will need a working cairo 1.x and the php_cairo extension (which is also available on the project homepage). The 0.1 release is more or less a technology preview and not intended to be used in a productive environment.
