Hi,

after creating the window you can call the method .close() which makes the 
windows 
invisible. If you call the method .open() it will open the window and make it 
visible. You 
can also set the display attribute of the svg group containing the content to 
"none" and 
then use the method .appendContent(node,inheritDisplay) where you set 
inheritDisplay to 
true.

So the recommended order is the following:

var myWindow = new Window(....);
//note that the display attribute of the content group should initially be set 
to "none"
myWindow.appendContent("contentId",true);
myWindow.close();


//at some later stage
myWindow.open();
