yes, good suggestion - we can discuss this.

But my guess is that many people would like to submit their paper elsewhere 
(Raleigh 
workshop, SVG.Open 2007, WWW2007 or other XML conferences).

I for myself would re-use the paper for a different purpose.

But we can ask the authors anyway. It would be better to publish them
