Please have a look at Opera - or at least at the documentation that has  
been out for a while on what we support:

I believe it is quite a way ahead of Firefox, and while there are still  
things we are working on (yes Jeff, we haven't forgotten you...) there is  
a lot supported already. You may notice that Erik Dahlström is active on  
this list - he is the leader of Opera's SVG implementation group, and I  
think they've done a pretty good job.
