As we worked through it yesterday, I was to get an idea where the problem was coming from, specifically the Adobe specific getURL and parseXML, and thought maybe his viewer got corrupted on install or something. It must have, he reinstalled it and all is well. The most difficult thing was to make edits on my PC, upload, and have him check it over the phone. I needed to be absolutely certain it was isolated to his machine, I already new it worked on other machines.
Thanks!
